A Visionary Leader with Decades of Experience
Velton W. Showell III is a distinguished leadership consultant, keynote speaker, and organizational development expert. With over three decades of experience guiding executives and teams, Velton brings a unique blend of real-world leadership insight and transformational coaching. He made history as the only African American to serve as Director of a Global Sales Office for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, and he was named NCBMP Pioneer of the Year for 2024.
As the Founder and Chief Strategist of Leadership Dynamics International, Velton has dedicated his career to helping organizations build a true Culture of Champions, environments where people are celebrated, not just tolerated. He is the author of more than 25 published books and the host of The Essence of Leadership podcast.
